Alcohol sales: regulations and liabilities
Note that volunteers working in alcohol beverage booths must ask for identification from those wishing to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Volunteers will be asked to sign an agreement that they will not serve someone under the age of 21 years old, they will not serve an individual who appears to be intoxicated, and they will only serve two beverages to a person per time in line. If a volunteer violates any of these rules, he or she will be held personally liable.
