Fiesta Oyster Bake is from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.on Friday April 8, 2011 and from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. on Saturday April 9, 2011.
Mission and goals
FOB's mission is to provide a quality food & entertainment event that is successful in raising funds for St. Mary's University, the St. Mary's University Alumni Association, and working in conjunction with the Fiesta San Antonio Commission, with the goal of providing scholarship and alumni/university programming monies, developing fellowship, and promoting St. Mary's University.
